PIO Giveaways

The PIO has collected a few items that may be of interest to people who teach pesticide education or who use different pesticides on a routine basis.  We have a fairly good number of a 14-page chemical class chart for greenhouse and nursery production produced by Olympic Horticultural Products (OHP, Inc.).  It condenses the IRAC, FRAC, HRAC, and growth regulator tables.  It is a handy guide for anyone interested in mode of action and available tools for pest control.

Another document that the PIO has several copies of is the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) Agricultural Chemical Usage 2006 Vegetables Summary, which was released back in July.  If you would like copies of either of these documents, please contact the PIO.
