• Valent U.S.A. and AMVAC have reached a final agreement on AMVAC’s acquisition of Valent’s Orthene® insecticide product line.  Under the agreement, AMVAC will take ownership of the assets, including all registrations, formulations and existing inventories including: 75S, 75S WSP, 90S, 97, PCO pellets, Tree, Turf, & Ornamental (TT&O), and TT&O 97.  (South Florida Vegetable Pest and Disease Hotline, 1/14/08).
